30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging, when applicable
  • Not show signs of use, washing, damage, or modification
  • Include all original accessories and components

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product, if applicable

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other reasons not caused by OrganiWizard, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement, refund, or return shipping solution as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the best solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items without required components or accessories

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, size, or variation, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.
